The Iris Award  is a reading collaboration program between international Schools. Students in over 40 participating schools in 17 countries read books throughout the school year.  In May they vote for their favorite books.  All student votes are added up and the Award goes to the book with the most votes from all participating schools. 

The Iris Award Bookbowl is an accompanying quiz program where students organize themselves in teams to ultimately compete with teams from other participating schools at the yearly Iris Award Interschool Bookbowl.
