I am considered an out of network provider for all insurance except those listed above. If you decide to work with me and want to use out of network benefits, we will use Thrizer - a company that helps navigate out of network benefits. I am set up with Thrizer and you can choose a couple of different options through Thrizer to pay for care. Please review their website for details.
If you do not wish to use insurance benefits for any reason you are welcome to pay for services out of pocket.

$295 for initial assessments (CPT 90791)
$295/hr for decision making capacity assessments (this includes the interview, testing, scoring, interpretation, and report writing; CPT 96116 for the 1st hour and 96121)
$240 for 60-minute psychotherapy sessions (CPT 90837)
$180 for 45-minute psychotherapy sessions (CPT 90834)
$400/hr for legal-related matters
IF I AM AN IN-NETWORK PROVIDER WITH YOUR INSURANCE I will have a contracted amount for services and your insurance company will reimburse me based on these rates. You will owe a copay and/or co-insurance which I will work to verify before we begin our work.
Having accessible mental health services is important. I offer limited slots for clients who are facing financial hardship through Open Path. Please note there is a one-time fee for the client to join Open Path. Reduced rate services will be offered once a client signs up through Open Path provided I have reduced-rate slots available.
