Developmental and acquired disabilities involving complex communication needs
(e.g. Level 3 Autism, Down Syndrome, global developmental delay, acquired brain injury)
Location
Consultations are mobile and online.

North-Eastern Melbourne
Manningham, Banyule, Booroondara, Whitehorse, Nillumbik, Maroondah
South-eastern Melbourne on limited days e.g.:
Casey, Dandenong, Frankston
Funding
Services are largely provided to plan-managed and self-managed NDIS clients and follow the NDIS price guide
Medicare CDM plans and private health insurance rebates can be used to subsidise Speech pathology appointments

Therapy approach
Social model of practice:
We work collaboratively with families and individuals in their natural daily environments (e.g. community, home).
The purpose of therapy is to build capacity in communication partners to be equipped and self-sufficient in supporting the individual’s/child’s communication needs, in the long term.
