We are not responsible for disputes between users and tutors but may intervene at our discretion.

8. Academic Integrity

Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

Our tutors help improve understanding, but we do not guarantee grades, outcomes, improvements, or academic performance.
Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida and U.S. law:

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Tutoring Pros, its staff, and tutors harmless from any claims arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
