A year-round development program designed to keep your athlete growing every season.
We believe your family deserves a clear picture of what joining The Tribe looks like on a weekly basis — not just on the field, but on your calendar. Here's what to expect each season.
Summer is our lightest season by design. We keep it focused and fun while the development work continues.
1–2 tournaments (typically weekend events, local to San Antonio)
Periodic team skill work sessions — frequency communicated in advance
Optional summer camps (dates announced each spring)
Optional strength and conditioning training at The Tribe Fitness — commitment level varies depending on interest
Very flexible weekly commitment: 2–4 hours max, plus tournament weekends
Fall is our most structured season and where the bulk of your team commitment lives.
2 practices per week (weeknight evenings, typically 90 minutes each)
Games on Saturdays or Sundays — doubleheader format (plan for a half day)
2–3 tournament weekends throughout the season
Approximate weekly commitment: 4–6 hours, plus tournament weekends
Winter is our lowest-pressure period — a chance to recharge while staying sharp.
Winter camp opportunities (optional, dates vary)
Optional offseason workouts at The Tribe Fitness
No mandatory team practices or games
Approximate weekly commitment: 0–2 hours depending on optional participation
Spring is tournament-focused. Lighter on weekly practices, heavier on competitive weekends.
2–5 tournaments depending on age division (some may require overnight travel)
We still allow and encourage participation in your local Little League during the Spring season
Approximate weekly commitment: 1–2 hours, plus tournament weekends
A Note on Tournaments
Most of our tournaments are held in the San Antonio area or within a short drive. Some spring and fall tournaments may require overnight travel — we communicate schedules well in advance so families can plan accordingly. Tournament costs for summer and spring are billed on a per-tournament basis so you only pay for what your player participates in.
A Note on Optional Programming
When we say optional, we mean it. Strength and conditioning at The Tribe Fitness and summer/winter workouts are genuine opportunities — not unspoken expectations. That said, the athletes who take advantage of them tend to show up to the next season noticeably ahead of where they left off. We'll always communicate the value, but never pressure the participation.
We believe in full transparency — here's what to expect if your player is selected.
Fall Season Cost (primary season)
9U–12U: $999
13U–14U: $1,155
Payments can be split into 3 monthly installments, made in the Fall season. First payment (or full payment) is due upon accepting your invitation.
Summer, Winter & Spring Tournament costs and camps are billed on a per-instance basis and vary by season. Tournament costs range between $150-200 per tournament.
Note: Jersey, cap, and team apparel costs are separate. We work hard to keep those reasonable while making sure our guys look great on the field.
