At The TOP physical therapy, we aim to help members of our community manage or reduce musculoskeletal pain and improve their physical capabilities without the need to delay care for physician referral or insurance authorization. Our goal is to empower clients to be an active part of the therapy process by delivering one-on-one care from a doctor of physical therapy and collaborating with clients to provide the best individualized treatment approach.
How Can we help You?

Your Treatment Options
The TOP provides one-on-one therapy sessions that utilize precise treatment approaches backed by current research, specific to your condition or goals.
Hands-on application of specific forces directed at the joints or soft tissues. This includes joint mobilization, high velocity low amplitude manipulation, massage, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and trigger point release.
Utilizes specially adapted exercise equipment to strengthen muscle and/or modify soft tissue without increasing client symptoms. Electronic equipment is used to measure patient strength and multi-repetition maximums are acquired for precise dosing of resistance and repetitions of exercise. Special attention is given to the angle of pull and type of muscle contraction to achieve desired outcomes.
Insertion of thin monofilament needles into "knots" in muscles in order to alleviate strains and tension. Follow-up includes stretching and light activation exercise in order to restore typical muscle performance.
Uses slings to support body weight and allow for proper muscle activation. Allows for comfortable exercise when other modes of exercise may not be. Often utilized for early mobilization after acute injury/surgery, exercise in the presence of chronic pain, and improved core activation.
Mimics the environment within the body produced during weight training without the need to use heavy loads. Allows for strengthening in the presence of damaged muscle, tendon or joint surfaces.
