Have your individual recital portraits taken by Keiko Guest Photography at FoCAL on Friday during our Recital Dress Rehearsal Day.

• Schedule your time slot before or after the 45 minute rehearsal block that your dancer is scheduled to be on the stage.  Do not schedule it for during that time block as you will miss your photo slot.

• A parent/ responsible adult is required to enter the shooting area with the dancer.

• All costumes require a package purchase (1 costume = 1 package purchase, 2 costumes = 2 package purchases) 

• Friend and sibling portraits require a time slot, $50 sitting fee, and a package purchase 

• $50 Sitting Fee is due prior to photos being taken, which will be applied to package purchase.

• Orders over $300 receive 10% off.

Please book a separate time slot for each costume, allowing at least one 15 minute time slot in between to change. Those who do not adhere to this policy when signing up will be notified changes need to be made and ultimately removed from the time slot if not adjusted.

Please arrive 15 minutes early prior to your scheduled time slot. If you have a change in plans, please remove your sign up no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.  A $25 fee applies to each missed time slot and will be charged to your Jackrabbit account.

How to Have a Successful Shoot and FAQ's: 

1.     PREPARE DANCERS: 

a)  TUCK IN BALLET SHOE STRINGS. 

b)  Apply makeup. 

c)  Spray hair. 

d)  Cut off hanging threads. 

2.     SESSION ETIQUETTE:

a)  Please NO COACHING. 

b)  NO PHOTOGRAPHY of any kind during the shoot.

3.     SELECTIONS and ORDERS: 

a)  EACH COSTUME PHOTOGRAPHED (individually or friend/sibling) REQUIRES A PACKAGE PURCHASE. 

FUN FACT: Dancers that have an individual portrait done by Keiko Guest have the opportunity to be chosen for the SSA lobby photo frames, and if your photo is chosen, you get to take home your 16"x20" photo next summer when the photos are changed out for the following season.
