Need a space to get away?

If you need either a one-time space for an interview, quiet space, or a reoccurring room, we can help! While classes and events have priority, our new building has lots of flexible space available. To see what's available, check the calander below (and don't forget to save the calendar, just press the +plus sign next to it.

Hoteling Spaces Available (use Google calendar invite and select under room/resources)

Small Hoteling Office (Room 230), which includes: seating for two, standing desk
Hoteling Team Space (234) , which includes: two desks, seating for 4-6, natural lighting, some road noise
Hoteling Conference Room (231), which includes: small conference table, seating for 6-7

Media Studio (Room 205) - TSS Employees ONLY

Staff and faculty may use the media for teaching classes, recording pod casts, or using the smartboard. Not familiar with the tech? Check out this amazing video. Further questions? Please contact Andrew.

Instructional Spaces Available (requires prior Campus Services approval)

Media Studio (205), which includes: A/V recording equipment, smartboard, cameras, special lighting. natural lighting
Small Classroom 1/Conference Room (225), which includes: 360 degree Owl camera, sink and hostility items, projector, natural lighting
Medium Classroom 1 (238) , which includes: media cart, projector, natural lighting

Instructions

For hoteling spaces, open a Google calendar invite, populate your event details, and then select which room you want reserved. Note: if it is visible, it's available. Likely, if you don't see your preferred room at your preferred time, it's not available.

For Other Instructional Spaces, please contact Campus Services directly.
