Submit a Work Order or Concern

Facilities works with the landlord and various vendors to maintain the property. If you have any facility concerns, fixture request (i.e. moving a whiteboard or furniture), or other maintenance need, please use the below Request & Order form. Note: The Seattle School is a tenant in a larger building. As such, the elevator, parking lot, and exterior of the building are not managed by the school.

Janitorial 

The school contracts regular janitorial service, which includes offices, classrooms, and community areas. Service includes trash, recycling, and compostable pickup. If you have any commendations or complaints regarding this service, please us know. For those with offices (with a few exceptions), Janitorial Services will enter your office, empty the trash, and wipe your desk.  You may also request extra janitorial service for special events with the form below. 

HVAC

Each floor of the school has it's own independent heating and cooling unit. These units require constant balancing throughout the year as the weather changes. Additionally, the units are not actively used when the building is not open for conservation purposes. If you have any concerns, or would like the HVAC on outside of building hours, please use the below form. 

Plumbing

There are various water features in the building (most intentional), including the restrooms, water fountains, sinks, AND showers. Yes, did you know there are commuter showers in the fourth floor? Any issues or concerns? Please contact Daniel.
