How do I enter the competitions?
We no longer accept postal or on the day entries. Additional events (subject to availability) may be entered on the day for athletes who are already competing within the event. All entries are via our entry provider at entry4sports.co.uk
How much is it to enter events?
For our Track & Field events under 11's cost £5 per event, Over 11's cost £7 per event for daytime events and £9 per event for evening events. (to cover the cost of floodlighting) Each booking incurs a small booking fee (no more than £1) to cover the cost of our entry and results system.
Are spectators allowed to attend?
Yes, We actively encourage you to bring guests and spectators with you. Spectator entry is free of change for all our events. With live results and our stadium scoreboard everyone attending is guaranteed a fully immersive athletic experience.
What parking is available and is it free?
Parking is available across two car parks and an overflow event parking field. These are free to park in for up to three hours, after 6pm and all day Sundays. These carparks are owned and operated by Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council so please make sure you read the carpark charge notices clearly on arrival to ensure you don't face any fines. Alternatively you can park on the overflow event field next to the stadium for free all day, everyday.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
You can check in and collect your number up to one hour before your event starts. Bib numbers cannot be collected after this time as events will then have been seeded and sent out to the officials.
Where do I collect my bib number from?
The registration kiosk is at the event control centre near the finish line.
I am sick/injured or cannot compete; What should I do & can I obtain a refund?
If you cannot attend the event please inform us as soon as possible, The easiest way to cancel your entry is online via the entry4sports.co.uk site by logging into your account. Click here to find out how
As per our terms & conditions all entries can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the closing date for a full credit on your E4S account. This can then be used for a future competition. As we have various outgoings before the event and perform various admin on your entry, Unfortunately we cannot refund your entry in full.
My card is being declined for online payment, can I pay another way?
Entry is via online payment only. If your card is being refused, there is a 99% chance it is due to an incorrect address being given that is linked to the card. Please give the address exactly as shown on the bank statement of the card being used.
Can I use my own starting blocks or borrow stadium blocks?
Yes, personal starting blocks are allowed for our open events. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, athletes are encouraged to use their own blocks. If you do not have access to your own please ask the officials at the start area of your event. (Please note some of our events use the start information system which require you to use the stadium blocks)
An event is full, can I still enter or join a waiting list?
Once an event is full on the entry system we cannot offer anymore places as each event is scheduled into the timetable in advance. Due to the huge demand for competition we now accept waiting lists for all events. You can add yourself onto the waiting list via the entry4sports.co.uk site. If more spaces become available they will show on the entry system and be on a first come, first served basis. (please not if entry system is showing subscriptions full then the waiting list has already been filled)
After the online closing date any additional spaces can be entered on the day by athletes already competing in the event.
We do not accept entries on the day for athletes who have not pre entered another event.
Can I compete in the age group above?
Although age group up scaling is permitted by UK Athletics & England Athletics, this is at the discretion of the competition provider. To try and allow a greater number of athletes the opportunity to compete at our events, we have decided not to allow up scaling currently at any of our competitions.
