After 15 years of hosting outdoor events, we've carefully crafted a package we believe is ideal for everyone
Over the years, we’ve learned exactly which meals groups appreciate most to make the weekend run smoothly. We’ve used that experience to take the pressure off, so you can focus on enjoying your time together.
Great Food, Made Simple (Take a look below at our sample menus)
The Friday Night Feast: A generous, welcoming spread to kick off your celebration together.
The Saturday Hamper: A relaxed, team effort. Enjoy a slow morning cooking together in your pyjamas (we provide dressing gowns!).
The Sunday Farewell: A hearty, wholesome cooked breakfast to fuel your journey home.
Silent Disco: Groove the night away: held under the stars or inside our illuminated willow dome, a magical space for your private party where you control the music.
At The Hub and Hob, everything is made from scratch. Our menus are inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients, with a special focus on the incredible produce sourced directly from Smart Greens UK, right next door. These greens are often picked on the morning of your arrival, embodying zero food miles, no chemicals, and no unnecessary single-use plastic.
Rest assured, there will be plenty to satisfy every appetite, as we know fresh air has a way of building hunger!
Served between 7:00 – 7:30pm at The Hub & Hob’s Deck. We cook in tune with the seasons, so we'll share your specific menu the week before you arrive. It’s always fresh, healthy, and served with views from the deck.
Example Menu:
Main: Hearty vegetable lasagne.
Sides: Warm flatbreads with a fresh green herb sauce.
Potatoes: Crispy smashed potatoes with sea salt.
Salad: Charred seasonal greens and a crisp seasonal slaw.
A relaxed morning at your own pace. We provide the ingredients; you provide the team effort (pjs and dressing gowns encouraged!).
Pancakes: Fresh blueberry & ricotta batter made that morning, ready to flip.
The Toppings: Homemade berry and mango compotes, yoghurt, and toasted nuts, seeds, and coconut.
Bread & Bits: Local sourdough, chewy flapjacks, and chai-spiced granola.
The Pantry: Butter, Nutella, and jams.
Drinks: House-bottled juices and cordials.
Always Stocked: A selection of tea, filter coffee, and milks are kept in your cabin for use throughout your stay.
Served at 9.30am. Grab a fresh brew and a juice, then sink your teeth into our breakfast bap. Our fillings change with the seasons, but here is an example of what we serve:
The Bap: Toasted ciabatta with grilled halloumi and a sliced boiled egg.
The Extras: Crushed avocado, homemade mayo, and beetroot chutney.
Freshly Picked: Tender leaves and micro-greens, picked from the site that morning.
