Understanding and addressing employee satisfaction concerns is critical to retaining top talent at your organization. I'm equipped and adept at getting to the heart of concerns with employees through survey data and thorough qualitative analysis (through comments and small group/1:1 interviews).
My passion in this field is realistically solving employee concerns to increase retention.
My Experience
In multiple roles at multiple organizations, I've worked directly with employee data to make data-based recommendations, going beyond just quantitative data and into human-centered qualitative data.
As the owner of an employee recognition program, I was directly responsible for tracking retention and creating programming based on participant desires.
I partnered with HR to identify employee concerns about middle management/leadership, and created leader-specific training to address employee concerns, including recommendations on how to hold leaders accountable within upper leadership
I've worked with C-suite leadership to create messaging and communication mechanisms regarding key concerns/issues from employees, including round tables and Q&A sessions
Employee appreciation events are an effective way to create community and increase engagement with your employees. While I've ran a recognition program that regularly included appreciation-focused events, I've also organized events in the personal/non-business space, which means I approach everything I plan with an eye for fun and a deep understanding of adjusting my approach based on the scenario, audience, circumstances, etc.
My Experience
I've organized recognition and appreciation events at the corporate level, including utilizing feedback to make changes to future programming, with audiences of up to 500 attendees.
I've created learning-based events that also included elements of fun and appreciation (like snacks and prizes).
I've planned non-business parties and events meant to recognize an individual, couple, or small group.
From large-scale transformational projects to smaller-scale organizational changes, it's important to have a plan to address change in the workplace, as it has a large impact on speed of adoption and employee productivity.
My Experience
Managed plans and implementation of company-wide transformational projects, such as ERP implementations, including C-Suite coaching and messaging
Successfully implemented two Change Management tools at two separate organizations
Created Change Management strategies/plans for varying levels of organizational change
Created Change Champions for multiple implementations, including regularly evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of Organizational Change strategies
Built materials to support middle management on Organizational Change Management topics, such as managing change resistance
