I've spent 10+ years in the corporate world in a field called Organizational Change Management, which is rooted in an in-depth understanding of how humans work – what they need to be successful and how leadership can make changes to find mutually beneficial growth. 

About halfway through my career, I started to wonder if the work I was doing was making the world a better place. Between office politics and fighting tooth and nail for the smallest pieces of progress, I felt like my skills were not being utilized to the fullest extent.

I took time to reflect on my values, needs, and dreams, and realized I had the opportunity to make the world a little brighter with all the skills I've learned over my career. I find true joy in adding special touches to any life moment, and my time working with people has given me the unique perspective that allows me to create something truly wonderful.

Dating back to high school dances, I've had a knack for adding special touches to events, and finding ways to make participants and guests of honor feel valued and welcomed.

I have taken every opportunity over the years to plan fun, engaging activities for the folks I love - from wedding scavenger hunts, to bachelor/bachelorette weekend getaways, to birthday parties, to Friendsgivings - I love bringing folks together and making everyone feel seen. I've even managed large-scale events at the corporate level, finding ways to recognize top performers through fun events.
