10 August 2022, we introduced slôsoul, creating a haven that integrates gentle physical activity and mindfulness at a deliberate and steady pace. These sessions have granted us the opportunity to gift ourselves time, breathing room, and a touch of grace to decelerate and even work up a sweat!

 

Slôsoul encompasses a blend of diverse exercises, ranging from yoga to mixed martial arts, Pilates, and H.I.I.T, harmoniously woven together into an invigorating, rejuvenating, and invigorating experience, all within a tranquil environment. Yet, don't be deceived by the serenity; it can also present challenges, much like when we yearn for grounding while simultaneously aspiring to reach for the sky. It's a journey that demands effort & balance. 

 

My passion has always resided in observing how our bodies navigate through the tapestry of our varied surroundings. Our movement through these spaces leaves not only a physical impact but also resonates emotionally and spiritually. I desired to offer you a path where we can collectively decelerate and truly relish the moments to cherish our sanctity within the spaces we inhabit.
