The L31 Ecosystem

Welcome to The L31!

The L31 ecosystem is an encompassing framework that brings together The L31 Workshop, The L31 Project (home of Lagniappe), Slôsoul and other initiatives grounded in care, creativity and lived experience. The work here unfolds over time, across practices, projects and shared spaces.

Within this ecosystem, you’ll find information about:

*Retreats and intensives, offered periodically

*Slôsoul, a lived and embodied practice space

*Continuum, a continuity space designed to support growth, integration and resilience between retreats

*Media ventures and cultural projects

Each offering is held within its own rhythm and container, allowing you to engage in ways that feel grounded, respectful and sustainable. 

Psychological Care

Alongside its other initiatives, The L31 ecosystem includes a clinical dimension, with psychological care provided by Erica Smith founder of The L31 ecosystem and a licensed Intercultural psychologist in France.

Clinical work is offered by professional reference via Perfactive. Clinical services remain distinct from retreats and other non-clinical offerings.
