Instructions
You must use your registered email address on PowerSchool to sign in to Toddle.
If you do not know your registered email, please go to PowerSchool and follow these steps.
If you do not have a PowerSchool account, see the FAQs section on how to get one.
Select the appropriate method according to your email account and follow the sign in instructions below.
Go to the Toddle website and select Family account.
Select the appropriate sign in option for your email account and sign in.
KAUST account, Hotmail, Outlook - Sign in with Microsoft.
Type your email address
KAUST account: You need to authenticate using your KAUST Portal username and password.
Accept permissions request.
Gmail account - Sign in with Google
Type your email address and password.
Go to the Toddle website and select Family account.
Select “Sign in with email/phone” option
Click forgot password
Type in your email
Click “Send password.”
Go to your email account and copy the temporary password
Go back to Toddle and sign in again using the temporary password.
Reset password
Please note that this will be your password from now on unless you choose to change it again.
Go to the appropriate App Store for your device.
Type in "Toddle Family"
Download the Toddle Family app.
Select your email account's appropriate sign in method from above.
Google and Microsoft accounts.
All other email accounts.
Please note, if you have already reset your password via the web, sign in with your email and new password.
