“There’s a difference between the life you can manage and the life you actually want to live.”
~ Amy Mollitor
The IgnitHER Collective offers workshops and facilitated conversations for women’s groups, professional associations, employee communities, conferences, and organizations.
The focus isn’t on helping women carry more. It’s on helping them understand what they’re carrying, recognize where their capacity is being stretched, and make more intentional choices about where their energy and attention go.
Interested in bringing an IgnitHER conversation to your community or organization?
FEATURED WORKSHOP
An interactive 90-minute workshop for women navigating competing demands, shifting roles, and the pressure to keep handling it all.
Capable women often respond to feeling stretched by questioning themselves—and then trying even harder.
But capability and capacity are not the same thing.
Through reflection, conversation, and guided exercises, women begin to identify what is consuming their mental, emotional, physical, relational, and professional capacity—and where something may need to change.
The goal isn’t to question their competence, ambition, or resilience. It’s to help them stop confusing “I can handle this” with “I should keep carrying it.”
Women will leave with:
a clearer view of what’s stretching their capacity
language for what they’re carrying
one practical shift to consider next
FREE COMMUNITY WORKSHOP
A free workshop for women in their 40s and 50s whose lives look full — but don’t quite feel like their own.
If you’ve been feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, more irritable than usual, or unsure what’s changing, this is a space to slow down and sort through it.
You’ll leave with:
language for what feels different
clarity about what you need more of, less of, or differently
one practical next step
