I know what it feels like to stand in the middle of a life you worked hard to build and realize you’re not entirely sure where you fit in it anymore.
For years, I was busy doing what so many women do—working, leading, caring for people, meeting responsibilities and keeping things moving. I was capable. I was dependable. And from the outside, much of my life looked perfectly fine.
But somewhere along the way, I started asking questions I couldn’t ignore.
What do I want now?
What still fits—and what doesn’t?
Who am I when I’m not simply responding to what everyone else needs?
I didn’t arrive at the answers all at once. I had to slow down, get honest with myself and begin making choices that reflected who I was becoming—not just who I had always been expected to be.
That experience changed the direction of my life. It also showed me how many women are quietly standing in a similar place.
That’s why I created The IgnitHER Collective: to give women space to sort through what’s changing, reconnect with themselves and take what they want next seriously.
My work is informed by professional training, more than 20 years of leadership experience and my own experience navigating change, responsibility and reinvention.

My training gives me useful tools. My lived experience helps me bring them into the room with perspective, honesty and a sense of humor.
I’m not here to hand you a formula, tell you what your life should look like or turn personal growth into one more thing you have to perform perfectly.
Our work begins with honest, unhurried conversation. We look at what’s changing, what feels off, what keeps repeating and what you may be ready to do differently.
Depending on what you need, I may also draw from practical coaching tools, reflection exercises and EFT Tapping. The tool is never the point. The point is helping you understand yourself more clearly and make choices that fit your actual life.
When we work together, you can expect:
A thoughtful, judgment-free place to be completely honest
Conversations that help you hear your own voice more clearly
Questions that get beneath the immediate problem
Practical tools you can use outside our sessions
Support that is warm, direct and grounded in real life
You may simply know that something no longer feels right—or that it’s finally time to make room for yourself in the life you’ve spent years building.
We can start there.
