Students write articles to be published in our school newspaper, The Heritage Voice. They also learn about reporting, news-gathering, interviewing, and journalism as a career.

Students learn about human behavior and psychological theories in this AP-culminating course that can earn college credit. 

Students craft personal narratives, short stories, poetry, and explore writing outside of the rules of classroom essay writing.

Students analyze and discuss recent events, incorporating breaking news and articles.
