This Smol Stool has a relatively simple design with no nails or screws used. It features a bumpy but smooth finish that offers a solid place to sit. Beneath features three legs sat on an angle to keep the stool level. To further maximize stability, the three legs are locked together via a circular pack of wood, which doubles as a small shelf in case there is a need to store something.

The design for the stool began very simply. It would be a 3 legged stool with legs that stick out orthogonal to the base of the seat. To attach the legs to the seat, we would have protrusions on both the legs and seat, both of which will be stuck together using PET.
The first changes that occurred were to remove the protrusions on the seat, making it more comfortable to sit on. In response to this, the legs were placed at an angle so as to keep the stool stable.
þe most notable changes between the initial drawings and the final product would've been the supporting circle found connecting the legs. This was added later on when we found þæt the legs were to unstable on þeir own.

Overall, we felt that the stool met most of our expectations. It was a sturdy product that could be used regularly in many situations.
However, it wasn't as sturdy as planned. It still had a wobble to it, driving people off in fear of breaking the stool. This may have been due to many reasons, like loose joints and what not, but the primary reason we think is that it is due to one leg we almost accidentally broke.
Whilst inserting a peg, we accidentally split the wood of the leg. Due to the time constraints we choose to secure the split wood with PET instead of replacing it. In the future, we may need to think of different ways to secure the legs to the seat. The mishap mentioned prior was due to the unexpected looseness of how we attached the leg to the seat.
Other than that, we are pretty happy with how everything went.
