🎤 What to Prepare

A 32-bar vocal selection from a contemporary rock musical.

Show us who YOU are as a performer!

If auditioning for a specific role, your song should be in that role’s vocal range.

Please do not sing a song from Rent.

 Callbacks (By Invitation Only)

Callbacks will include:

Vocal selections from the show for specific roles.
A possible short dance/movement combination – please dress comfortably.
A brief cold reading from the script may also be requested.

Rehearsals begin: January 28, 2026

Mondays & Wednesdays: 6:00–8:30 PM
Saturdays: 10:00 AM–12:30 PM

Tech Week: Week of May 4, 2026
Performances:

Friday, May 8 at 7:00 PM
Saturday, May 9 at 1:00 PM & 7:00 PM

If you have any conflicts during tech week or performance dates, please do not audition.

All cast members are expected to assist with load-in and load-out during tech week.

The roles of Maureen, Joanne, Angel, and Collins are written as members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Those auditioning for these roles should be comfortable with same-sex physical intimacy.

Only considering performers 18 years and older.

MIMI MARQUEZ — Alto (F#3–E5) | Stage age: late teens–early 20s
BENNY COFFIN III — Tenor (Eb3–F4) | Stage age: 20s–30s
MAUREEN JOHNSON — Soprano Belt (C4–F5) | Stage age: 20s–30s
JOANNE JEFFERSON — Soprano Belt (Bb3–E5) | Stage age: mid 20s–early 30s
TOM COLLINS — Bass/Baritone (F#2–A4) | Stage age: mid 20s–late 30s
ANGEL SCHUNARD — Tenor w/ Falsetto (C3–A4) | Stage age: early–late 20s
