Physical Exam and Health History Form Required for Winter Athletes
As a reminder, the 2024-2025 Physical Exam and Health History form is required annually for all sutdent-athletes.
If the Nurse’s Office does not have a current form on file for your student who plans to participate in winter athletics, please submit the completed form as soon as possible.

Donation Drive Thank You!
Thank you to all who participated in the Fletcher 5K or contributed to the Diaper Bank of North Carolina donation drive!
We successfully raised over $400 and donated over 2,000 diapers!

Do You Have Extra Halloween Candy? We Have a Solution!
Bring in your extra candy from Monday, November 4, through Friday, November 8, and it will be donated to Treats for Troops, an organization that sends candy to deployed military personnel.
Look for boxes in the front lobby.
K-5 Grandfriends' Day - Friday, November 22
We hope your K-5 students’ grandparent(s), aunt(s), uncle(s), or other friend(s) can join us on campus on Friday, November 22, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. for this Fletcher tradition!
Grandfriends' Day is a perfect time for family and friends to see what makes Fletcher so special!

Friday, November 22, from 8:30-11:30 a.m. We invite grandfriends to shop with their student!

Required MacBook Upgrade to MacOS Sequoia This Weekend, November 1-3
We are requiring all Grades 5-12 students and all faculty and staff to upgrade their MacBooks to the latest version of Sequoia this weekend, November 1-3.

Progress Reports will be emailed on Monday, November 4. The format is new this year. During your conference, you will receive a more detailed Skill Report detailing progress in academics and executive skills.
We look forward to seeing you Thursday and Friday, November 7-8, for Parent Teacher Conferences.
Please remember no children should attend conferences.
K-5 students will not have classes on November 7-8.
If you have not confirmed your child’s conference, please do so with the homeroom teacher.
