      We are looking to hire part-time Coaches –      all experience levels are welcome

At First Tee, we help kids discover what’s inside of them, guide them to strengthen it and mentor them to put it into action in everything they do. 

To do this, we need enthusiastic and caring individuals to serve as positive mentors and role models to kids and teens of various backgrounds. Our coaches’ ability to develop impactful relationships with our participants is the backbone of our program. 

You don’t have to be a golf pro (or even a good golfer), we will provide the training you need! Our training system is built on research-proven methods of positive youth development, providing coaches with the tools to make kids feel safe, included and empowered.

Volunteers are needed on & off the course

We need more than coaches to make First Tee possible. Our chapter relies on volunteers — sometimes year-round — to accomplish our mission, and not all of those goals involve golf. Our chapter is looking for Volunteer Coaches ("Class Caddies") and support off the course as well, including Fundraising and Event Volunteers. Game Changer Network Group

The First Tee — Jersey Shore Game Changer Network is a group of ambassadors mobilizing their talents, resources and networks to support First Tee programs for area youth through social events, fundraising activities and volunteer opportunities. Game Changer Network members help sustain the organization’s legacy and future commitment to strengthening the Jersey Shore community, build awareness of First Tee — Jersey Shore and enjoy a camaraderie that results in life-long friendships. The Game Changer Network will host a variety of events throughout the year, providing an opportunity for individuals to come together around a shared interest in golf and First Tee — Jersey Shore.
