Room rate negotiated with hotel is $60/night, plus $42 resort fee (mandatory fee includes wireless internet in the guest-room and within the meeting space, unlimited local, domestic long distance (the 50 United States and DC) and toll-free calls; airline boarding pass printing; digital newspaper and magazine downloads through PressReader; access to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME On Demand via in-room television; and fitness center access for guests eighteen (18) years of age or older) plus 13.38% hotel tax. It should come to approximately $115.65/night.

This rate is good from September 30 (Monday) to October 2 (Wednesday), 3 nights, checking out on Oct 3 (Thursday). If you wish to stay an extra day(s), the room rate will be the going rate of the hotel.

Most groups are 2 queen beds, but you will have the option in the link for one king or two queens and you will also have the option in the link to whatever upgrades are available through the hotel system. You have 72 hours prior to arrival to make changes.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE

Passkey is the reservation method for Group, provided by Hotel on a complimentary basis. With approval by Group or by Attendee opting in, Hotel has the capability to send communications to Group attendees including special offers or requests by Hotel in order to better service the Group.

Attendees may enter, modify, and cancel their own reservations on-line at a URL to be established and published to potential attendees through the planner’s meeting website or via e-mail. All reservations and any changes must be made before the Cut-off Date, Monday, September 9, 2024.

The convenience of staying in this hotel (New York New York) is the distance to our venue. Should you decide to stay at other hotels, they may charge more than our negotiated rate at NYNY in October and driving from your hotel to NYNY will cause much delay due to the very congested traffic. Our ballroom for our event is an elevator down to lobby, a short walk and an elevator to our venue. We encourage you to stay at NYNY.

ROOM/SUITE DEPOSIT /PAYMENT

Individual deposits: It is an attendee’s responsibility to submit a valid credit card number with name as it appears on the card, billing address and credit card expiration date, or a deposit equal to the first night’s room/suite rate, and tax as a guarantee, at the time the attendee makes the reservation. Attendee’s credit card will be charged the first night’s room/suite rate and tax at that time. Individual room reservations not guaranteed will be automatically canceled by Hotel within fourteen (14) days of the reservation date. Refunds will be issued on individual attendee’s reservations only if canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the confirmed arrival date. Individual cancellations may increase Group’s liability for attrition and cancellation. All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 a.m. only on the day after attendee’s confirmed arrival date. Attendees must pay the balance of all room, resort fee, tax and incidental charges upon check-out. It is the responsibility of Group to advise attendees of the deposit and refund policy in all promotional literature.

Unless otherwise indicated, all guests will be responsible for their own guest room, resort fee, tax, and incidental charges

INDIVIDUAL NO-SHOWS OR CANCELLATION

All guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 a.m. only on the day after attendee’s confirmed arrival date. Hotel allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guest room/suite reservations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendees’ scheduled arrival date.  Depending on the method of deposit or guarantee, Hotel shall charge the individual attendee or bill the Master Account the first night’s guest room/suite rate and tax for cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual to check-in on the scheduled arrival date.  Any remaining nights of a no show reservation will be cancelled.

Parking is $18/day, in and out privileges (valet parking is also available)
