Appointment Preparation & Special Instructions

To ensure a safe and comfortable treatment, we recommend the following prior to your appointment:

Hydrate beforehand: Drinking water before your appointment can help with vein access and improve your overall experience.

Eat a light meal: Having a small meal within a few hours of your appointment may help prevent lightheadedness during treatment.

Prepare a comfortable space: Please have a clean, comfortable area available where you can sit or recline during your treatment, such as a couch, chair, or bed.

Pets and animals: For the safety of both our staff and your pets, all animals must be secured in another room during your appointment.

Accessibility: Please ensure our provider has clear access to the entrance of your home, hotel, or location.

Health disclosure: If you are experiencing new symptoms, illness, fever, or have had recent medical changes, please notify us before your appointment.

Minors: Anyone under the age of 18 will not be eligible for IV therapy.

Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit their deposit.
