all bookings require a deposit (once you have booked your appointment we will confirm all the details and request the deposit via email)*

group deposit ....................... $150.00

 *deposits will be applied toward your final balance upon completion of services. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance, in which case your deposit will be fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

A licensed Registered Nurse will arrive at your location with everything needed for a safe and comfortable treatment, all under supervision of our medical director through IVs on tap.
