Carlete Metoyer, MA, LPC-S, sits at the intersection of systems and psychology. With 20 years of experience across the private sector, education, and healthcare, she understands that sustainable growth requires both clinical insight and business acumen.
As the Founder and President of Clear Sense Management Company, Carlete leverages her background in Corporate Communications from UT Austin alongside her expertise as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor to provide the clarity needed for meaningful change. Her dual-lens brings a grounded, empathetic, and highly strategic approach to her work.
