TCS Transitions

Welcome to The Concept School’s Transitions Website! The main goals of Transition planning is to explore post-secondary education/training, improve independent living skills, and explore employment opportunities! Every student has a unique path to adulthood. Our goal is to help students discover their strengths, build independence, and confidently prepare for life after high school.

As the Transitions Coordinator, I am here to assist students and parents in navigating the post-secondary transition process by offering counseling, resources, and information about valuable opportunities happening in our area. 

The Transition 101 page has a comprehensive guide of what "Transition" is, local services, and helpful information to have when navigating this process. I have also included more information about OVR, Trade School information, specialized college programs, and more!
