The party starts at noon. Explore the vendor village, grab food, and get into the gaming tournament while the DJ sets the tone.
12:15 PM: The Co-Op Project Opening Showcase | Main Stage
Co-Op students and program leaders take the stage to introduce every program the organization runs. Real youth. Real impact. A preview of what’s coming at 2:30.
12:30 PM: Panel: College & Beyond | Library
College is a tool not the only one. Students, counselors, and first-gen graduates get real about every path forward including HBCUs, trades,
Scholarships, information community college, and gap years.
1:00 PM: Joe Clair Takes the Stage | Main Stage
DMV legend Joe Clair officially opens the main stage and sets the energy for the afternoon.
From this point forward the party is fully on.
1:20 PM: Panel: Small Business & Community Collaboration | Library
Local business owners, Nonprofit leaders, Funders, Educators and County Officials sit down how to access funding, build partnerships, and grow through collaboration.
The conversation Everyone needs to hear.
1:20 PM: Community Shoutouts Round 1 | Main Stage
Vendors get 60 seconds on the mic with Joe Clair to tell the crowd exactly who they are and what they do. Local hustle gets its flowers.
2:05 PM: Raffle Draw #1 | Main Stage
Joe Clair pulls the first winners of the day live on stage. Must be present to win.
2:10PM: Panel: MBK Prince George’s County | Library
The official community introduction of the My Brother’s Keeper PG County chapter.
Leaders, mentors, parents, and young men come together in an open discussion to publicly commit to advancing young Black males in PG County.
2:10PM: Old Skool vs. New Skool Dance Battle | Main Stage
Old school legends face off against the new generation in a full crowd dance battle. Pick your side — Joe Clair and the DJ handle the rest.
2:30 PM: ★ The Co-op Project Presents: THE TAKEOVER | Student Pitches & Live Grant Awarded on Stage | Main Stage
The Co-Op students take over the main stage completely delivering raw before-and-after stories, pitching live business ideas to funders, and walking away
with a grant handed to them on stage. This is the moment the whole day builds to.
3:00 PM: Panel: Money, Wellness & Whole Living | Library
A financial planner, nutritionist, and mental health professional share one stage to talk about what nobody says out loud that
financial stress, poor eating, and mental health are the same problem. Practical, honest, and built for this community.
3:00 PM: Community Award Ceremony | Main Stage
The Co-Op Project honors five community leaders who have poured into the DMV without asking for anything in return.
Joe Clair presents these and we celebrate these Amazing Individuals.
3:25 PM: Raffle Draw #2 | Main Stage
Second pull of the day right after the awards while the crowd is still on their feet.
Must be present to win.
3:35 PM: The VS Dance Battle | Main Stage
Local Dance students participate in a Dance Battle Beyonce vs Chris Brown.
Girl Dance Troop will Battle using Beyonce songs VS Boys dance Troop Using Chris Brown songs.
This Fun event will showcase our local talent.
4:00 PM: Joe Clair Signs Off | DJ Block Party | Main Stage
Joe Clair gives his final shoutouts and hands the stage to the DJ for the closing hour.
The parking lot becomes a full block party.
4:10 PM Panel: Student Voices | Library
No adults running this one students take the mic and speak directly about what they need from schools, communities, and leaders in PG County.
Raw, unfiltered, and the most important conversation of the day.
4:30 PM Everyone Outside | Full Crowd Finale | Parking Lot
The library closes and the full crowd reunites outside for the final 30 minutes together. One community. One space. One last moment.
4:50 PM — Raffle Draw #3 — Grand Prize | Main Stage
The biggest prize of the day goes to the final winner drawn live in front of the full crowd.
Must be present to win this is why you stay till the end.
5:00 PM:See You Next Year | Main Stage
Final shoutouts to every partner, sponsor, and person who showed up. DJ plays out and the community leaves together knowing they were part of something real.
