The Centered Self Wellness is a space to slow down and reconnect especially in moments when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or unsteady. It is a place where you don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan, only a willingness to show up as you are. This practice is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassion, and that each person already holds the capacity to move toward greater balance and clarity.
I'm Briana Seippel, a licensed mental health counselor associate, and founder of The Centered Self Wellness.
I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and grounded. In our work together, there is space to explore what’s showing up in your life without pressure to fix, rush, or explain everything all at once.
I approach therapy as a shared process. My role is not to tell you who to be or what to do, but to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and identify what matters most to you. Together, we create space for reflection, awareness, and meaningful movement forward at your pace.
Sessions are guided by curiosity, openness, and collaboration. We’ll spend time understanding what’s showing up in your life, exploring patterns, and identifying values and intentions that can help guide meaningful change. Therapy moves at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
There is space here for your experiences and emotions to exist as they are. We will pause, turn inward, and gently sit with whatever arises, staying present even when discomfort shows up without pressure to fix or move past it too quickly.
Through curiosity and reflection, we’ll work to understand your experiences in a way that reconnects you with what matters most to you. This process honors both growth and struggle, acknowledging that challenges and meaning can exist side by side as you move forward.
I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate.
I have experience working with young adults, adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of life experiences and challenges with a speciality in supporting individuals encountering anxiety, ADHD-related concerns, life transitions, burnout, and relational challenges.
My approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), where we sit with what’s present, make sense of your experiences, and work toward building a meaningful, values-aligned life.
