Do we require visas for Italy?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and country of residence.
Citizens of the European Union (EU) do not require a visa to enter Italy. Participants travelling from the United Kingdom and other non-EU countries should check the entry requirements applicable to their nationality, as visa exemptions may apply.
We strongly recommend that all participating schools consult the official Italian immigration authorities or their nearest Italian Embassy or Consulate well in advance of travelling.
Please note: Each participating school is responsible for ensuring that all students and accompanying staff hold the necessary travel documents and, where applicable, valid visas.
Should you require supporting documentation for a visa application, St George’s British International School will be happy to assist.

How much teacher assistance is allowed in the music production of the song composition?
The song should be composed entirely by the student. You can help with the performance and actual physical recording of the composition. For example, if the student doesn't know the best microphone placement to record a piano, you can help them out. However, any mixing, production and mastering must be completed by the student as these are creative and compositional decisions which will effect the overall outcome of the song.
