Welcome to our Technical Theater Workshop, where the magic of theater comes to life behind the scenes! Introduction to Technical Theater: Exploring the various roles and responsibilities of technical theater professionals, including set designers, stagehands, lighting technicians, sound engineers, and more.
Set Design and Construction: Learning the principles of set design, scale drawing, model making, carpentry, and scenic painting to create visually stunning sets that enhance the storytelling experience.
Lighting Design: Understanding the principles of stage lighting, color theory, lighting instruments, and lighting effects to create mood, atmosphere, and focus on stage.
Sound Design: Exploring the basics of sound equipment, sound effects, microphone techniques, and sound mixing to enhance the auditory experience of a production.
Stage Management: Learning the responsibilities of stage managers, including rehearsal coordination, cue calling, communication with cast and crew, and ensuring the smooth operation of performances.
