Key Learning Objectives:

• Instrument Fundamentals: Mastering the foundational techniques of the chosen instrument, including proper posture, hand position, fingerings, breath control, bowing, or strumming techniques.

• Music Theory: Understanding essential music theory concepts such as notation, rhythm, melody, harmony, scales, and chords, and how they apply to instrumental performance.

• Repertoire Development: Exploring a diverse range of musical styles, genres, and repertoire pieces appropriate for the chosen instrument, from classical to contemporary, and everything in between.

• Expressive Playing: Learning how to infuse musical expression, dynamics, phrasing, and emotion into performances to convey the intended musical message and connect with listeners.

• Technique Building: Developing technical skills such as dexterity, agility, speed, and control through scales, exercises, etudes, and technical studies tailored to the instrument.
