ASCA is thrilled to announce that, in addition to serving as a founding association of the Higher Education Consortium for Student Affairs Certification, we are approved to offer continuing education credits through ASCA programming and educational initiatives!
FYI, you do not have to have Certification in order to attend 101, 201, or 301! Earning CEs is an option for those certified, however.
Individuals who are certified through the Consortium and seeking Continuing Education credits can earn them through ASCA events that are advertised as offering these credits. Attendees who are certified can earn CE credits by attending SC 101/201/301 modules.
Attendees seeking CE credits must:
Indicate at registration that they are interested in receiving credit;
Attend the entirety of their module;
Complete a learning outcomes assessment to receive their certificate of completion
For more information, visit ASCA's certification information site , or contact AED Dr. Amanda Mesirow at aed@theasca.org.
ASCA has been approved by the Higher Education Consortium for Student Affairs Certification to provide CE credit for Certified Student Affairs Educators (CSAEd™). Programs that qualify for CE credit in this program are clearly identified. ASCA is solely responsible for all aspects of this program.
