Pennsylvania Homeowner Assistance Fund (PAHAF): https://pahaf.org/ assists PA homeowners facing financial hardship to avoid foreclosure, displacement, or delinquency

Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI): https://www.ssa.gov/benefits/disability/ monthly financial benefits for people who are unable to work due to a disability
