You can select one path or, all four, or if part of a group from a single organisation, a custom pathway
Each path contains four sessions, plus a session on understanding behavioural and communication styles
There can be up to two training sessions per month, with the sessions scheduled at times agreed between the participants and the Facilitator
Each session is up to two-hours and is delivered either in-person or virtually
One-on-one coaching sessions for participants are included
Leaders, managers and supervisors gain knowledge that helps them develop both themselves and those who report to them
Training classes can comprise trainees from non-competing companies, or trainees who are all employed by the same company
Each training sessions concludes with participants making commitments to actions they will complete prior to the next session
