December SEL Information: 

Dear families and students, 

As we quickly approach the end of our first semester, the counseling staff is excited to be teaching our December SEL topic. This month, we will be talking to students about identifying holiday stressors, and finding ways to choose holiday joy over holiday stress. The main focus point of our SEL theme this month is showing kindness this holiday season. Each day in the month of December, a new random act of kindness will be displayed on the counselor's bulletin board outside of the front office. Students will be encouraged to practice these random acts of kindness throughout the holiday season. This month's SEL lessons will take place beginning 12/5/2023, and will continue through 12/13/2023.
