PRACTICE ASSESSMENTS

Practice Assessments are personalized meetings where students and practitioner faculty review written and graphic documentation of "my active practice" experience. Our objective is to reflect on my career goals and measure my progress learning through a range of experiences.

Florence Residence

Florence Residence is 6 bedroom house designed Florence Family. She had a big family and she wanted to keep everyone together.

The style of the house is Colonial. She liked the house to be stylish with a hint of colonial American classics in it.

The First Floor level consists of the main public spaces of the house.

The Second Floor Level have all the bedrooms and it is open to below level in the middle.

The basement of the house consists of a guest house and it is open to the backyard.

Ford-McMahon Residence

This is an addition of a suite to an existing house. It is built on the style of the traditional post-colonial American style and it is lifted above the the ground underneath by four feet.

The style is simple and it is a contiuation of the exisiting house.

The lifting feature helps the space with energy saving and protects it from ground pests.

Winston Residence

Winston Residence is house designed for the Winston Family. It is located on the Island of Antigua. It consists of two stories and with an independent suite for guests.
