Research interest at SDiamond lab, TGGS-KMUTNB
Outline
The laboratory focuses on educating and conducting research on semiconductors such as diamond, SiC, GaN, and Si for engineering applications, particularly switching-sensing electronics. The research is primarily experimental, with the focus on designing and fabricating homo- or heterojunctions of the aforementioned semiconductors for switching-sensing devices such as Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs), p-n diodes, MESFETs, MOSFETs, and detectors. We are also fascinated in developing heteroepitaxial growth of the above semiconductors (Ga2O3, SiC and GaN) thin films on diamond substrate. The laboratory widely opens for other research ideas from students and researchers. If you have an great research idea, perhaps, we can stun the world!
