This document is intended to serve the interests of the students (high school student tutors and the students whom they tutor) who participate in the Peer Tutoring Program that is being offered virtually in 2020-2021.
As such, each student participant as noted above is required to indicate his/her acceptance of the following terms and, in addition, obtain the signature of his/her parent/guardian prior to participating in a tutoring session. Please read the terms and conditions thoroughly, students and parents together. In order to receive tutoring services, it is necessary to sign this form.
