The form below is intended to serve the interests of the students (high school student tutors and the students whom they tutor) who participate in the Peer Tutoring Program that is being offered virtually in 2020-2021.

As such, NHS Tutors, as noted above, are required to indicate his/her acceptance of the following terms and, in addition, obtain the signature of his/her parent/guardian prior to participating in a tutoring session.
