Welcome to Tetakawi. As a visitor or supplier, please remember that it's important to comply with the park's internal regulations. Below are the key points. We encourage you to read them, and if you have any questions, please approach our Security and Surveillance personnel.
Suppliers and visitors entering through access control points must do so with their faces uncovered for identification purposes. They must travel with all necessary safety precautions, driving at a maximum speed of 25 km/h (approximately 15.5 mph), and adhere to the following:
Observe, listen to, and follow the instructions of security officers.
Respect traffic signals and pedestrian crossings.
Littering, including cigarette butts and food waste, in unauthorized areas within the park is prohibited to prevent accidents.
The consumption, sale, transfer, distribution, or possession of drugs, alcohol, or other illicit substances within the parks is prohibited.
Double parking and parking in loading zones or other unauthorized areas of the park are prohibited.
Bringing unapproved companions into the park is not allowed, except when required by the nature of the operation.
For access, suppliers and/or visitors are required to provide the following information:
Scheduled access (QR code) and/or an identifier provided by the company, which must be visibly displayed at all times while within the park.
Official photo identification (such as a national ID, driver's license, or passport).
When you come in, please follow the protocol. You'll need to get out of your car for a photo, and make sure to wear the visitor ID security gives you at all times. If you happen to lose it, there's a $100.00 charge. You can pay Maquilas Teta Kawi at HSBC Bank, Account No. 4008431363, Interbank CLABE 021769040084313637.
If you do not have scheduled access or a purchase order, the visitor must contact the person they are visiting to arrange scheduled access or email the security department. Once access is confirmed, the security officer will proceed as follows:
Record the full name, both sides of the official identification, the reason for the visit, and the person or department being visited.
Take a photograph of the visitor and any accompanying persons.
Take photographs of the interior and exterior of the vehicle.
Once the above process is complete, the security officer will provide the visitor with a QR code or identifier, which must be visibly placed on their shirt or blouse during their time in the park. Visitors must return the identifier or QR code upon leaving the park. The code (QR) is valid only for the specified date and time.
The employee who has scheduled a visit is responsible for informing the visitor about the security regulations and restricted access/exit times, as follows:
Exports, imports, domestic traffic, and visits:
12:50 AM to 02:00 AM
05:50 AM to 07:00 AM
3:50 PM to 5:00 PM
5:50 PM to 7:00 PM
To avoid any violation of these regulations that could lead to us reserving the right to deny entry, please adhere to the following points:
Security inspection and required documentation are mandatory for suppliers before entering or leaving the park.
Tetakawi parks are not designed for the entry of double-trailer trucks or oversized vehicles.
Suppliers must have their company's commercial name clearly labeled on both sides of the vehicle doors.
Entry to the park is solely and exclusively for the purpose of delivering or picking up goods or equipment related to their registered business activity.
Commercial activity outside of their registered scope may result in indefinite disqualification as a supplier.
Vehicles will be inspected by security and surveillance personnel upon entering or leaving the premises.
The entry of armed individuals or advertising businesses into Tetakawi parks is not permitted.
Mail and Package Deliveries:
For a courier or package delivery supplier to enter the park, they must present the following:
Official identification (national ID, passport, driver's license, military ID).
Scheduled access code (QR) or purchase order.
If you do not have scheduled access or a purchase order, the supplier must contact the person they are visiting to arrange scheduled access or email the security department. Once access is confirmed, the security officer will proceed with the registration process for park entry.
Parking Lots:
These are designated spaces for vehicles, designed to ensure organization, accessibility, and optimized logistics to guarantee orderly, safe, and efficient vehicular traffic.
For safety reasons, vehicles must be parked in reverse. If the parking space's location does not allow this, front-first parking is permitted.
Assigned Spaces: These are identified with the name of the department, client, or position.
General Use: These spaces are not labeled or identified.
Special: These are painted blue and are for individuals with special needs.
Unauthorized Areas:
Unauthorized areas within the park include:
Areas painted red, meeting points, pedestrian walkways, emergency exits, and any unmarked areas.
Tetakawi is not responsible for any damage, total or partial theft of vehicles or motorcycles within Tetakawi parks.
The penalties established in these security regulations are executed solely and exclusively by the security and surveillance department.
Traffic Signs:
These are essential for efficient safety and order within the park, helping to control vehicle flow, prevent accidents, and facilitate logistical operations in a controlled manner, always respecting:
Stop signs at the park entrance control.
Speed limit of 25 km/h (approximately 15.5 mph).
Bus stops.
Direction and access roads.
Loading and unloading areas.
Lane markings.
Directional arrows.
Pedestrian crossing zones.
Safety signs.
Drivers must yield to pedestrians crossing the street, as pedestrians have the right of way.
Pedestrian Walkways:
Within the facilities, for their safety, employees, suppliers, and visitors must use sidewalks, walkways, and marked pedestrian crossings. Pedestrian walkways or crossings are exclusively for the transit of people on foot and personnel with disabilities.
Notifications:
This is a formal notice issued by the security and surveillance department in three different colors to inform an employee, supplier, or visitor about a measure taken for violating these regulations, according to the following:
Notification 1: "Green" (First Offense):
When a vehicle user is caught violating these regulations, whether by omitting an instruction, obligation, and/or misusing the rules. This notification will be recorded in the security and surveillance department for tracking violations.
Notification 2: "Yellow" (Second Offense):
When a vehicle user is caught repeatedly violating these regulations, whether by omitting an instruction, obligation, and/or misusing the rules. This notification will be recorded as a learning experience (lesson learned). On this second offense, the user will be denied access for a period of 15 calendar days, during which time the vehicle will not be allowed to enter Tetakawi parks. If the vehicle is found inside the park during this learning period, a wheel clamp may be installed, requiring the user to go to the security and surveillance department.
Notification 3: "Red" (Third Offense):
When a vehicle user is caught repeatedly violating these regulations, whether by omitting an instruction, obligation, and/or misusing the rules. This notification will be recorded as a recurring issue (indiscipline). On this third offense, the user will be denied access for a period of 30 calendar days, during which time the vehicle will not be allowed to enter Tetakawi parks. If the vehicle is found inside the park during this recurrence period, it may be towed from the premises without any liability for damages to Tetakawi. The decision to remove it from the park will depend on the severity of the infraction.
Ignorance of these regulations does not exempt individuals from the corresponding penalties, and please be aware that:
Notifications will apply to employees, visitors, and suppliers.
The permanent cancellation of a vehicle's entry into the parks will apply when, at the discretion of the security department in coordination with the purchasing department, the committed offense is classified or determined as serious.
At Tetakawi, safety is everyone's responsibility
