Monthly Salary : Php 23,226.00

Eligibility : Career Service (Sub-Professional)/First Level Eligibility

Education : Completion of 2 years of studies in college (prior to 2018), OR Completion of Grade 12/Senior High School (starting 2016)*

Training : 4 hours of relevant training

Work Experience : 1 year of relevant experience

Competency : Demonstrated ability in basic computer operations, records management and other related administrative work

Instructions/Remarks : Interested and qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing through an application letter addressed to the head of office. 1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with Work Experience Sheet and recent passport-sized or unfiltered digital picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025); digitally signed or electronically signed;

2. Hard copy or electronic copy of Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable)- refer to item number 8;

3. Hard copy or electronic copy of proof of eligibility/rating/license duly authenticated by PRC or CSC; and

4. Hard copy or electronic copy of Transcript of Records duly authenticated or certified true copy by the issuing school.

5. Intent Letter indicating the position, office where the vacancy exists and its Item Number);

6. Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies OR Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants;

7. List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;

8. Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2024 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2024 and January to June 2025 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;

9. Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;

10. List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email address for the following categories: Superior Peers Subordinates (if applicable) Clients (if applicable)

11.  Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
