GOALS AND OBJECTIVES


Goal 1: Provide quality assured TVET programs.

 

Objective 1.1: Strengthen the training delivery integrated with 21st  

                     Century Skills.

Strategies:

     1.1.1 Strengthen the Quality Management System of the Center.

     1.1.2 Upgrade and enhance the trainer’s profile.

     1.1.3 Strengthen the capability program of the non-teaching staff.

  Objective 1.2: Strengthen network and linkages with an industry  

                         partner and other stakeholders.

                                Strategies:

     1.2.1 Conduct Benchmarking to potential Industry Partners.

                           1.2.2 Link and engage industries in the training implementation.

                           1.2.3 Establish linkages with LGU, line Agencies, and Private and

                                    Business firms to strengthen LGU support for the different TVET

    programs.

      1.2.4 Promote TVET Programs and advertise Industry and Community-

               based Training.

Objective 1.3: Implement green practices in TVET.

                                Strategies:

1.3.1 Equip students with skills needed for emerging green job      

      opportunities.

               1.3.2 Strengthen the implement solid waste management.

               1.3.3 Enhance the skills of TTI social marketing personnel in promoting       

                           green products and services.

Goal 2: Upgrade Facilities, Tools, and Equipment and ICT.

 

Objective 2.1: Advancing ICT system in the center.

                                Strategies:

      2.1.1 Upgrade ICT infrastructure to support advance technologies and     

                  capabilities.

                            2.1.2 Establish Learning Materials System infrastructure.

    Objective 2.2: Enhance practical demonstration area to meet the

                                                           emerging technologies.

                                Strategies:

      2.2.1 Conduct Benchmarking to potential Industry Partners.

      2.2.2 Capacitate trainers and non-teaching staff in the upgraded     

                  industry standard.

                            2.2.3 Provide tools and equipment in the implementation of the training                     

                                     program.

 

Goal 3: Ensure the increase in employment by the year 2028.

 

  Objective 3.1: Establish Entrepreneurship Training to capacitate

                                                           Trainees for Self-Employment.

Strategies:

    3.1.1 Integrate the entrepreneurship training per qualification offered.

                          3.1.2 Facilitate in-house pre-job training to increase confidence and work

                                  readiness.

                 

                     Objective 3.2: Collaboration with LGUs and Public Employment

                                                           Service Office.

    Strategies:

     3.2.1 Conduct Community needs analysis in coordination with LGU-  

                 PESO.

     3.2.2 Conduct livelihood skills training and technical assistance

 

 

Goal 4: Upgrade qualification to a higher level by the year 2028.

                      Objective 4.1: Trainers must have a higher level of qualification

                      Strategies:

                          4.1.1 Advancing degrees or certifications in their fields

                           4.1.2 Undergo international skills training

 

Objective 4.2: Strengthen the infrastructure of the Assessment Center

                       Strategies:

                           4.2.1 Assessment of the existing infrastructure to identify areas for

                                    Improvement.

                          4.2.2 Ensure all registered programs are accredited as Assessment                   

                                   Center.
