The FOOD PROCESSING NC II design to enhance, skills, and attitudes of an individual in the field of Food Processing in accordance with industry in workplace communication, work in a team environment, practice career professionalism, practice occupational health and safety procedures, apply food safety and sanitation, use standard, measuring devices, perform mathematical computaiton, implement good manufacturing practices and prodcedures, implement environmental policies and procedures, process food by salting, curing, smoking, fermentation, pickling, sugar concentration, and package finished/processed food products.
