1. Download and COMPLETELY accomplish the Affidavit of No Pending Case form.
2. Notarize the Affidavit.
3. Send the accomplished forms to hrmd.payroll@tesda.gov.ph or krsaus@tesda.gov.ph
4. Apply your desired loan thru GSIS Touch Mobile App. (https://www.gsis.gov.ph/ginhawa-for-all/gsis-touch/)
5. Upon approval, you will receive your loan thru your GSIS UMID Card within 24-48 hours.
