Bread and Pastry Production NC II

The BREAD AND PASTRY PRODUCTION NC II Qualification consists of competencies that person must achieve to be able to clean equipment , tools and utensils and prepare, portion and plate pastries, breads and other dessert items to guests in hotels, motels, restaurants, clubs, canteens, resorts and luxury lines/cruises and other related operations.

Bread and Pastry Production NC II consist of five (5) core competencies which are Prepare and Produce bakery products, Prepare and produce pastry product, Prepare and present gateaux, tortes and cakes, Prepare and display petits fours, Present desserts. A person who completed Bread and Pastry production NC II will be able to perform: Select, measure and weigh ingredients according to recipe requirements, Prepare variety of bakery and pâtissiers'’ products (e.g. bread, pastry, cake, petits fours) according to standard mixing procedures/ formulation/recipes and desired product characteristics, Select and use appropriate equipment, tools and utensils, Select oven temperature to bake products in accordance with desired characteristics, recipe specifications and enterprise practices, Bake products according to techniques and appropriate conditions; and enterprise requirements and standards, Decorate and present products, Prepare different types of desserts according to recipe specifications, desired product characteristics and standard operating procedures, Plate and decorate a variety of dessert products, Store and package bakery and patissiers’ products/ desserts, Apply food hygiene and safety principles, Demonstrate knowledge on varieties and characteristics of products and desserts,

For a person to apply for training in Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC I, download and fill up the following Learners Profile Form and submit to our office located at Poblacion, Jagna, Bohol in front of Jagna Police Station together with the following:

-3pcs Passport size Picture (White background, with Collar attire)

-7pcs 1x1 size Picture (White background, with Collar attire)

-Barangay Clearance (2pcs Photocopy)

-Birth Certificate (2pcs Photocopy)

-TOR or Diploma (2pcs Photocopy)

For a person to apply for assessment in Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC I, download and fill up the following documents and submit to our office located at Poblacion, Jagna, Bohol in front of Jagna Police Station together with the following:

-2pcs Passport size Picture (White background, with Collar attire)

-Certificate of Training/Employment (for walk-ins) and assessment fee of ₱ 400.00
