Vision

PTC-Inabanga is a leading producer of highly competitive and employable graduates in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Shielded Metal Arc Welding and other relevant courses related to Construction Sector.

Mission

TESDA sets direction, promulgates relevant standards, and implements programs geared towards a quality-assured and inclusive technical education and skills development and certification system.

Goals

Produce highly competitive and employable graduate in Construction Sector in every batch.

Objectives

• To review and update all curricular programs in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, RAC Servicing, and Masonry that address the emerging trends and needs of industry every end of training batch

• To upgrade 50% of tools, equipment and facilities in EIM, SMAW, RAC and Masonry that is widely used by big companies annually

• To upgrade/retool 2 Trainers’ knowledge, skills and attitude through industry immersion every semester

• To provide quality assessment for graduates and industry workers and issue certification for employment
