PTC-CDO is a newly established TESDA training center committed to providing high-quality technical education and skills development programs to the city of Cagayan de Oro and its neighboring municipalities, that are relevant to the needs of the community and society. The training center is dedicated in fulfilling the mandate of TESDA in promoting technical education and skills development as an opportunity for employment.
