About PTC-CDO
PTC - CAGAYAN DE ORO is a newly created training center established through Memorandum No. 269 series of 2019 “Establishment of the Provincial Training Centers” signed by TESDA Director General, Sec. Isidro S. Lapena, PhD, CSEE to provide relevant, accessible, high quality and efficient technical education and skills development in support of the development of high quality Filipino middle level manpower responsive to and in accordance with Philippine development goals and priorities.
PTC-CDO completed its manpower complement composed of seven (7) personnel in July 2021. It is composed of one (1) Supervising TESD Specialist, Three (3) Senior TESD Specialist, two (2) TESD Specialist II and one (1) Administrative Assistant III

Mission
PTC-Cagayan de Oro implements programs responsive to the needs of the community and the society compliant with the mandate of TESDA in the Technical Education and Skills Development as an option for employment
